Welcome Entry Concept
Been Artist for weddings, mehndi, sangeet and guest welcome, booked with Rajasthan Event Management in Udaipur and across Rajasthan.
Been Artist is booked by Rajasthan Event Management for families who want this welcome entry concept at a wedding in Udaipur or on the baraat road. Welcome Entry Concept is the first welcome guests see at the gate, the villa drive, or the hotel porch. This page shows 1 video from the Google Photos album, played in the browser so the website does not store the files. Hosts searching for Been Artist in Udaipur, Been Artist for a mehndi function, and Been Artist booking in Rajasthan can watch the set here before they call.
Families place this with dhol, tasha, shehnai, nagada, ravanahatha, been, kachhi ghodi, folk dancers, puppet dancers, tilak and garland girls, rose water and a flower shower. Mohit Sharma confirms artist count, costume, sound and the space on the lawn after you share the guest count. Been Artist for a destination wedding is usually placed at a private pool villa, a lake hotel, a heritage haveli or a banquet lawn. The desk covers Jaipur, Jodhpur, Kota, Bikaner, Ajmer, Kumbhalgarh, Ranakpur, Nathdwara, Mount Abu, Pushkar, Chittorgarh, Bundi and Jaisalmer, and it travels for weddings in Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Surat, Indore and Neemrana.
It is booked for the baraat road and the venue entrance so the wedding feels underway before the couple reaches the stage. Couples ask for Been Artist at haldi, mehndi, sangeet, baraat, varmala and the reception, and also for an engagement, an anniversary, a birthday, a kitty party or a corporate evening. Planners comparing Been Artist in Jaipur, Been Artist in Jodhpur and Been Artist for a wedding in Udaipur use these photos and videos as the reference, then take the quote on the phone. The rate depends on the city, the date, the hours and how many people travel, so this page does not print a fixed price.
On the day the artists reach the venue at the booked time, change into costume, and stand at the gate or the start of the baraat road before the first guests. They face the drive so this welcome is the first thing people see. If the host wants the set only for the couple entry, the office shortens the call time. Mention steps, a narrow gate, a pool deck, or a hotel rule on sound before the team travels.
Been Artist is listed with 1 video under Welcome Entry Concept. Call Mohit Sharma on +91 99286 86346 or +91 94131 74160, or write to itsudaipur@gmail.com, with the date, the city and the venue. The office is at 55, Hiran Magri, Sector 11, Udaipur. Say whether you need Been Artist for the full function or only for the couple entry, and the reply confirms the call time.
For a varmala in Bikaner, families add Been Artist so the welcome entry concept is in place when the first guests arrive.
Wedding planners in Ajmer put Been Artist on the wedding reception run sheet and send the lawn map before the team leaves Udaipur.
Been Artist for an engagement travels from Udaipur to Kumbhalgarh with costume and the stall or instruments already packed.
At an anniversary in Ranakpur, Been Artist is placed where guests can see it without blocking the baraat or the mehndi aisle.
Hosts booking a birthday party in Nathdwara ask for Been Artist on the same call as the rest of the welcome entry concept plan.
Rajasthan Event Management in Udaipur books Been Artist together with folk dancers, a carnival lane and a photobooth, instead of a different vendor for every stall. The photos and videos above are the current set. To hold a date, send the venue name, the function and the city. The reply says whether Been Artist is free and what travels with the artist.
Hosts who book Been Artist often add Tasha, Welcome Rajasthani Singer with Harmonium , Dholak (From Udaipur), Big Nagara Qty-2, Big Puppet Dancers (2 Puppets), Darban Muchad and Dhol in the same Welcome Entry Concept plan. Rajasthan Event Management can send them as one team so costume, reporting time and the venue map stay on a single booking.
